About One Tent Health
Washington, DC is in the midst of an HIV epidemic. One Tent Health partners with local grocery and convenience stores in Washington, DC's highest-risk neighborhoods. We pop up with a canvas tent, passionate student volunteers, and find new cases of HIV for a fraction of the national average cost.
Our mission is to minimize the stress and complexity of the path from unknown HIV status to managed care for all individuals – regardless of where they are, have been, or will be – by using a community centered, low cost approach.
